How Availability Works

FluentBooking offers a dynamic Availability feature to streamline booking events. This feature simplifies scheduling and prevents overbooking conflicts.

Events Management

Hosts can create multiple events and assign an availability schedule to each. This eliminates the need to create custom schedules for every event, saving time and effort.

Time Slot Flexibility

Events can be set up with various time durations, such as 15, 30, 60 minutes, or custom durations. FluentBooking's Availability feature automatically calculates and displays the host's free time for booking meetings.

Configuring Availability

Configuring availability is user-friendly with FluentBooking. Detailed instructions are available in the Documentation for easy setup.

Shared Availability

A powerful aspect of FluentBooking's Availability Management is the shared availability schedule for all events created by a host. This means that if a time slot is booked in one event, it becomes unavailable for booking in all other events of that host during that time.

Example Scenario

For example, if a host has two events:

  1. Event 1with 60-minute slots
  2. Event 2with 30-minute slots

Suppose the weekly schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. If a booking is made forEvent 1from9 AM to 10 AM, the slots between9 AM and 10 AMbecome unavailable for booking inEvent 2as well. This ensures efficient scheduling and avoids overbooking conflicts for hosts.
