Dashboard Overview
The FluentBooking Dashboard is the first screen you land on after activating the plugin. It gives you a quick summary of booking activity, recent meetings, and how your calendar is performing over time.
To open it, log in to WordPress as an administrator and go to Fluent Booking → Dashboard from the left admin menu.
The page is divided into four main sections—Overview, Booking Trends, Next Meeting, and Latest Booked Meetings—plus a built-in Dark Mode toggle. Each section is covered below.
Overview
The Overview section is the row of four stat tiles at the top of the dashboard. Each tile shows a running total and a change percentage compared to the previous period.
- Date Range (top right): Pick the period you want every tile and chart to reflect. The default is the last 30 days.
- Total Bookings: Every booking created in the selected period, regardless of status.
- Completed Bookings: Bookings whose meeting time has already passed without being canceled.
- Canceled Bookings: Bookings that were canceled by the guest or the host.
- Total Guests: Unique guests who have booked with you across all time (not filtered by the date range).
Booking Trends
Booking Trends is a line chart that plots three series side by side: Booked, Completed, and Canceled. Use it to spot patterns—busy weekdays, drop-off after a campaign, or a spike following a price change.
The date range selector in the top right of the dashboard controls this chart along with the Overview tiles.
Next Meeting
Next Meeting shows the soonest upcoming booking from the current host's calendar. The card displays:
- Guest name and email
- Event type and duration
- Meeting time in your timezone
- The join link, if a video conferencing integration is connected
Use this card as a quick "what's next?" check without leaving the dashboard.
Latest Booked Meetings
Latest Booked Meetings is a chronological list of the most recent bookings. Each row shows the guest, the event type, the host, and the scheduled time. Click any row to open the full booking details.

Dark Mode
The dashboard ships with a built-in Dark Mode for comfortable use in low-light conditions.
To toggle it, click the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of the FluentBooking admin bar. The preference is saved per user—your hosts can each pick the theme they prefer.
